Our clinics are run in 6 week sessions, for 1 hour/week and varies by season and sport. Our coaches focus heavily on building skill sets for each sport. Our clinics are a great way to give your athlete a kickstart to their upcoming sports season:
FALL CLINICS - Basketball; From dribbling and shooting to passing and defense, players progressively develop their abilities, laying the foundation for future success. WINTER CLINICS - Baseball: Whether your child is taking their first swing or fine-tuning advanced techniques, our program with NHS Coach and Travel Coach, Coach Rob McDonald, provides age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, game strategies, and baseball fundamentals. - Softball: introduces players to the fundamentals of the game, including hitting, fielding, pitching, and base running. -Soccer: enhancing players' fitness, agility, and soccer-specific skills, laying the groundwork for a successful upcoming season. - Volleyball: Designed for athletes of all skill levels, this clinic offers a supportive and energetic environment where players can sharpen their fundamentals, improve technique, and build confidence on the court. - Golf: Elevate your game with our Golf Skills Clinic!
