Cheer Tumbling Levels
Welcome to our Cheer Tumbling program! We offer a comprehensive progression of tumbling classes designed to help athletes of all ages and skill levels develop their abilities in a fun and supportive environment. Explore our tumbling levels below to find the perfect fit for your cheer journey.

Open Tumbling- Sundays
Individualized Coaching: Our experienced coaches will provide personalized guidance and support tailored to your skill level and goals. Whether you need help with basic rolls or advanced flips, we're here to help you succeed.
  • Skill Stations: The class will feature various stations focusing on different tumbling skills, such as forward rolls, back handsprings, tucks, layouts, and more. You can move between stations at your own pace, working on the skills that are most important to you.
  • Open Practice Time: Enjoy dedicated time to practice your tumbling skills independently or with the assistance of a coach. This open format allows you to focus on specific areas of improvement and try new techniques in a safe and encouraging setting.

Preschool Tumbling-Sundays
  • Description: Our Preschool Tumbling class is designed for our youngest athletes to explore the basics of tumbling in a playful and engaging setting. Activities include obstacle courses, forward rolls, and bridges to develop coordination, balance, and confidence.
  • Focus: Building fundamental motor skills and introducing basic tumbling movements in a fun and safe environment.

Level 1 Tumbling-  Wednesdays and Sundays
  • Tumbling Skills: Forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, front and back walkovers.
  • Focus: Mastering basic tumbling skills with constant contact with the floor. This level emphasizes body awareness, coordination, and flexibility.

Level 2 Tumbling- Tuesdays
  • Tumbling Skills: Standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, and building on all Level 1 skills.
  • Focus: Introducing handsprings and more complex combinations. Athletes will develop the strength and technique needed for these advanced movements.


Level 3 Tumbling-Tuesdays
  • Tumbling Skills: Standing series back handsprings, round-off back tucks, aerials.
  • Focus: Incorporating tucks and aerial skills. This level focuses on refining technique and building confidence in more dynamic tumbling passes.


Level 4 Tumbling-Thursdays
  • Tumbling Skills: Standing back tucks, standing back handspring back tucks, layouts.
  • Focus: Advanced tumbling with layouts and more complex passes. Athletes will work on perfecting their form and executing high-level skills with precision.

Forward Rolls, Backward Rolls and bridges- Sundays 5:30-6:30
Cartwheels, Roundoffs and Handstands- Sundays 4:30-5:30
Cartwheels, Roundoffs and Handstands- Wednesdays 5:30-6:30
Walkovers- Sundays 3:30-4:30
Walkovers- Wednesdays 6:30-7:30

Level 2

Single Handspring (front and back), Roundoff Handspring- Tuesdays 5:30-6:30

Level 3

Standing Handspring Series, Roundoff Handsprings Series, Roundoff Tuck- Tuesdays 4:30-5:30

Level 4

Standing Tucks, Roundoff Handspring Tucks, Standing Handspring Tucks, Layouts- Thursdays 4:30-5:30

If you have limited time and prefer our 1x a week 8-week schedule, we have  a few options still available under events:

​Once-a-Week Commitment: We understand the demands of parenthood, which is why we offer multiple 8-week session options throughout the year. Choose the session that aligns with your family's schedule, ensuring that your child can participate without adding unnecessary stress to your routine. With just one class per week, our sessions provide the perfect balance between skill development and flexibility. Your child will have the opportunity to learn and practice tumbling techniques at a comfortable pace, allowing them to explore their interests without overwhelming the schedule.

Unlock your full tumbling potential with our Monthly Membership Tumbling Pass! This flexible membership allows you to attend up to two tumbling sessions per week, providing ample opportunities to practice and improve your skills.
